Councillor Neil McEvoy is the Deputy Leader of Cardiff Council and his portfolio is responsible for Economic Development. He represents Cardiff Council on the South East Wales Economic Forum and is currently the Chair of Cardiff Business Technology Centre Ltd. He is also a Director of Business in Focus Ltd.
A former teacher and lecturer, Cllr McEvoy is fluent in French and Spanish and is an advanced Welsh learner. He was educated at universities in Portsmouth, Nancy (France) and Zaragoza (Spain, where he read modern languages, politics, economics and history. He also gained postgraduate qualifications at Swansea University.

Graham Morgan joined the South Wales Chamber of Commerce as Director in 2009, after 30 years spent in banking mainly in South Wales and South West of England.
Graham previously worked in customer relationship roles, head office credit approval and as a team manager. In 2000 he was appointed regional business manager for the South West and four years later head of business development for NatWest UK. He returned to Wales in 2007 as senior director for Wales and now is a valued member of the senior management team at South Wales Chamber of Commerce.
